Golf has been played in Portstewart from as far back as 1889. The Old course at Portstewart begins and ends at the site of the original course. The Strand Course, opened in 1992 and is the classic example of a links course. The Riverside Course longs along side the River Bann with extensive bunkers and a water feature.

Visitors:Limited on Wednesdays and Saturdays

Ladies: Wednesday is Ladies Day

Juveniles: Must be accompanied by an adult and have a hanicap of under 18

Club House: Open from 8am to 11.30 pm. Dress is casual but neat. The Club House has both bar and restaurant facilities.
